smith8395john: Ensure the below things to fix your Hotmail not receiving emails issue: First of all, check your junk folder for the emails that are missing. Delete some emails to make storage if it is full or close to it. Check the emails in the Other tab. Make sure the sender’s email is not blocked. Check the email rules if you have set them earlier. Check if the email forwarding option is enabled on your mail. Ask the sender to check the issue on their end.
